This page explains the information Circlo uses to provide profiles and private conversations. It is a plain-language product summary, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Information you provide
Circlo stores the profile information you submit, including your display name, city, bio, interests, photos, contact email, and phone number. Your sign-in identity is used to keep your account and content connected to you.
Contact details
Your contact email and phone number are hidden from other members by default. They become visible on your profile only if you turn on sharing. The site owner can access them for account administration and member safety.
Messages and safety
Private messages are stored so participants can view their conversation history. Reports, blocks, read status, and recent activity time are stored to operate safety and messaging features.
Visitor activity
When someone opens the public homepage, Circlo records their IP address and approximate city, region, country, latitude, and longitude supplied by the hosting network. This happens before sign-in and is used for site security, abuse prevention, and owner-only visitor analytics. IP addresses and approximate network coordinates are visible only to the site owner and are automatically deleted after seven days. Circlo does not request precise device GPS coordinates or collect device fingerprints for this feature.
Photos
Profile photos are stored in private application storage and delivered through Circlo. You may remove photos from your profile at any time.
Your choices
- Edit your profile and contact-sharing preference.
- Remove photos you no longer want displayed.
- Block members you do not want to contact you.
- Ask the site owner about your account information or deletion.
Never publish information you are not comfortable sharing. For safety, keep contact sharing off until you know and trust someone.
